No Services for Fraudulent or Scam-Related ActivitiesMJM DigiGold strictly prohibits the use of its platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or scam-related purposes. We do not provide our services to individuals or entities involved in illegal financial activities, scams, or money laundering.
Non-Responsibility for MisuseIf any user misuses the app or services for fraudulent activities, MJM DigiGold shall not be held responsible or liable for any legal or financial consequences arising from such misuse. The user will be solely accountable for any legal actions or penalties resulting from their actions.
Arbitration ClauseIn case of any unresolved disputes, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, in the English language.
